Advice from Treviso Airport for check-in and for checking in baggage

          When to arrive

Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before take-off.

It may happen that a certain times of the same day the waiting times at security checks may vary and may be longer due to the concomitance of several flights.

It is therefore recommended to always arrive at the airpor with adequate and reasonable advance, 3 hours before the departure of the plane, in order not to run the risk of missing your flight.

We remind you that in the morning the airport opens at 5.

We also remind you that it's not possible to check-in the day before at the airport.

          Where to go

The Departure hall at Treviso Canova Airport is on the first floor of the terminal building and can be reached by escalator or lift.

Once entered the Departure hall, check the screens to find out your flight's check-in desk. The number of check-in desks is assigned at least 2 hours before the flight departure time.

Each airline sets its own rules for baggage: please check the baggage size and weight restrictions on your airline's official website.

To check-in your baggage you can use the self-service check-in desks in the Departures hall.

Keep your boarding pass and ID card/ passport with you after check-in.
You will be asked to show it at security and when boarding.

If in doubt, ask at the AERTRE information desk in the Departures hall.

          What you need for traveling

It's mandatory to travel with your identity document valid for international travel. We suggest you to check in advance the requirements of the country you are travelling to and if your country requires an entry visa.

If you have any airline cards (loyalty, frequent flyers, priority), remember to bring them with you to be able to make use of the available services.
